    1. I don't think there really is a rule. Just like in English you can usually put the timeword at the beginning or the end of a sentence and both will be grammatically correct.

    A double negative in English usually cancels one another out, so "It's not that I don't want to go" is equivalent to "I want to go"

    If you then complete the sentence you'll see that using "but"...

    You're right, it's not Bangkok Thai.

    Koi and jow (ข่อย and เจ้า) are the normal Lao/Isaan pronouns for "I" and "you".

    And like you say, with the amount of people from Isaan that are working...
