    Re: Nana is No.1

I like instrumentals using Thai traditional instruments. Words are optional, especially if they are not Thai, and I rarely watch a video unless it portrays Thai scenery or something else about...

On my walk around the yard yesterday morning, admiring nature's handiwork and harvesting rose petals, I was tickled pink to see a new baby rose bush. It's mother is about 15 feet away. This is an...

    Re: Cheese Rolling

In most other parts of the U.S. "tossing and turning" is used. When I said "around here" I should have specified Appalachia. So we're back to it not fitting on the sign!

I don't know about across the pond but around here "roll and tumble" is sometimes used to express a sleepless night. It definitely would not be good for business.

Re: Do you believe in Karma?

Makes sense, trangam. We learn from our mistakes and move forward to a better place in our journey. We die, and have a good starting point for the next life. Is this right?

As a child we were told to not go barefoot in an area with farm animals because of the possibility of hook worms. Other than that it was considered to be safe.

  18. Re: King relieves plight of two sisters doing farming in landlocked farmland

Here it is illegal to sell landlocked land. My brother and I inherited some however, which came with it's own set of problems.
