    The only Song I can think of starts with "Lin Gap Fan", so the Romanization you gave is pretty close.

    I assume that you don't speak Thai and so it may sound to you like "Lin Kan Pan".

    Name of the Song is "คู่กัด" - "Ku Gad".

    Have a look at the Link if it is the Song you are looking for; the Song is from เบิร์ด "Bird" one of the most popular Thai Singers:

    hi guys. Need your help again. What is that song at 00:44 onwards. the fast paced song.

    I heard it at a nightspot, but i dunno what is the title and name of the artist. But now with lady luck on my side, i chanced upon that video. Hope you guys can help me out (:

    rak = love

    na = "to make the sentence sound in a softer manner"

    "Chuek Chuek" either is a Slang Word or maybe a Regional Expression, like Isaan etc.

    I rather tend that it might be a Slang Word and has no special meaning, just making it sound more cute.

    And if you watch this Commercial Video I think it's just the Sound that is produced when you shake something:
