    how to make fried chiken garlic & pepper

    every time i visit thailand i eat this dish many times.

    i tried to improvise but it didnt work.

    can anyone give a recepie ?

    umm I'm not sure if it is the same dish that you like, but you may want to give it a try.
    Gai phad Prik Yuak (Stirred fry chicken with green pepper.) This pepper is not a bell pepper, it is medium size not too hot and not too sweet. ( )

    sliced chicken 250 grams
    2-3 light green pepper - slice around 5 cm long not too thin
    half onion - slice
    fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, crushed garlic, vegetable oil

    - heat oil, add garlic stir until garlic start to crisp (turn a bit yellowish) add chicken stir until cooked.
    - add pepper and onion.
    - add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar to season add a bit of water or stock if it is too dry.
    - eat with steamed rice.

    In the U.S. a "garlic pepper" preparation is a bit like a hot sweet and sour red sauce. Does that sound like the right recipe?

    thanks for the effort guys but it is something else.
    it is made from garlic , pepper, and probably some kind of souce.
    the garlic is fried seperately.
