Re: hi, i am back! with questions of course! comparing similar words!
เสียดาย use when you feel bad that you have lost out (of an item, of a good opportunity, etc.)5)เสียดาย
i search for its meaning, its say regret. feel sorry about a loss, its a shame.
If you met an old friend coincidently and wanna take photo with him but haven't got camera, you can say
If you went shopping; spend so much and got only few baht left. Then you saw a nice pair of shoes that you really like but had not enough money so you can't buy it, you can say
So in สบายๆ song ... it said if she left him, he would เสียใจ and เสียดาย which means he will feel sad (เสียใจ) and feel bad (due to losing her).
If you say ผมเสียดายที่ไม่ได้ดุเขา it would mean that you feel bad that you lost a chance to scold her, you would feel better if you had done so. But if you say ผมเสียใจที่ไม่ได้ดุเขา it would mean you are sorry that you had not scolded her so now she had done something bad that if you had scolded her, it might not happen.if i was to say
i regret not scolding her - phom sia daai mai du kao
is it correct ? somehow i feel using sia daai when there isnt any "reluctance" feelings inside is wrong.
More example; suppose you arrive late at a dinner party.
If you said เสียดายที่มาสาย means you regret of arriving late that you have lost out of the earlier activities (such as a delicious starter, or some friends that already gone back home so you haven't met them.)
If you said เสียใจที่มาสาย means you are truly regret that you arrived late and that have upset someone in the party, etc.
To conclude, เสียดาย is regret that you losing out, เสียใจ (of having done something) is regret of having done such action.TK

Re: hi, i am back! with questions of course! comparing similar words!
you and lamlam are correct re: กำลังใจ. It is kind of giving encouragement and moral support to a person, to tell them that you always be there for him/her.a) gamlang jai (i believe it has something to do with perserverance or encouragement )
b) ao jai sai
you can say ให้กำลังใจ or เป็นกำลังใจให้
you always give me a moral support.
I will give you a moral support.
In addition, you can also มีกำลังใจ and หมดกำลังใจ. These are feeling from yourself, unlike moral support from the other.
you are always by my side, I feel I have will power. If you left me, I would feel dispirit.
Sometimes when you have done something for example some project at work, if your boss give you compliment, you will feel มีกำลังใจ and want to do even better for him; if your boss did not appreciated your hard work at all, you will feel หมดกำลังใจ and probably doesn't wanna give your best for him anymore.
Now, about เอาใจใส่ , it is a kind of pay attention to a person, whether he/she is ok, have something to eat, have enough sleep and rest, not getting ill or if he/she is ill you will look after him/her, make sure he/she is happy and doing fine in their life, interest in what he/she is doing, etc.
คุณเอาใจใส่ผมตลอดมา - you always take care of me.
I will take care of you.
(probably take care is not good fit but close enough, you don't have to be with someone to เอาใจใส่ him/her, you can be very far away but still thinking of that person, always keep in touch and listen when he/she has problem can be เอาใจใส่ as well.
