Can anyone tell me how to go to the mall Bangkapi from Asia Hotel?
Which is the fastest way? Please don,t tell me to take a cab cos we have
7 persons.By boat or buses.Thanks.

A little south of your hotel at Phaya Thai road, about halfway between your hotel and MBK shopping center (probably can walk there from hotel), is a canal with a canaltaxi stop/dock, at least so my map shows. You should be able to hop on here and ride east all the way to the stop right in back of the mall at Bangkapi. I estimate 35-40 min. for this ride. I took it the other direction from the mall all the way to downtown Bangkok by the Golden Mount in about 45 min. Sometimes though the canal taxis don't run if it's been raining hard and the canal level is too high. You'll have to check when you're there. And the cost is very reasonable.

From the Asia hotel turn right and walk for about 2 or maybe 3 minutes to the canal. Single journey canal boat rides cost about 15 baht all the way.
