Fried Som Tum
Anybody has eaten or cooked fried somtum? How does it taste? If you got a recipe for it, please share it with us. One member swears it is a hit in the US!
I value informed opinion, not opinion that stems from nothing but attitude. The latter is the depth of ignorance.

Re: Fried Som Tum
The nearest I have come to 'fried' somtum would be somtum spring rolls!
Don't know if that is what is required.
Have only seen it served once though, and that was at an anglo-thai party in the U.K.To be happy with where you are, first be happy with who you are.
