Pattsiiyu?
I think that's what it's called but my knowledge of Thai is minimal. Anyway, it's sold by many street vendors and I'm sure the recipe is simple. I probably have or can get the ingredients if I knew what goes into it. Can anybody help please?

Re: Pattsiiyu?
Every day dish in thailand. thick rice noodles or thin....some meat maybe beef or pork, variety of veggies and garlic/onion other sauce...Like nam pa..cooked in fry ing pan. not complicated...Most thai foods I've ...been involved in are not a mystery. It's like a vender who throws this and that and other stuff into a hot skillet. then come the varieties of sauses. Sizzles a bit and wa laa. Your there.
