talking What to do with a 1 year old child in Bangkok?

In september we will go to thailand and stay about 6 month And our little girl will be 9-15 months old when we are in thailand. Most of the time we will stay in Bangkok. What can we do when we are there? Any nice waterpark? Or some kind of park we can walk?? Some ideas please!!!

A better controlled water park is on the roof of Central City Bang Na department store. It also has movie theatres, restaurants and hundreds of shops. And oh yes, it also has a large Toys R Us!

You can walk in Lumpini Park. Even though it is in the city, Its a nice place and a great escape from the noise and traffic.

You might use her as a begging prop, but that is a little young to be put out doing it on her own.

A bit of extra info really-Thais are very fond and protective of children-they even give up their seats on buses etc for them. Be prepared for a lot of benevolent interest in your little one, as very young farang (foreign) children are, understandably, a bit of a rarity in the "Big Mango".
