No you arent single but since noone know you are married unless you tell them rules arent applied and theres lots of rooms for Kafka like situations.

You dont marry a second time, you just register the marriage.

Just check with the Singapore embassy in Bangkok what kind of documents you need to bring to show thai ampur (you will probably need to translate and notarize them).

Then translate and notarize your marriage certificate and bring it back home.

You just need to marry her once, just as Sved said. If you marry her in Singapore, the marriage must also be registered in Thailand so that the Thai authorities recognise both of you as husband and wife.

Bigamy implies marriage to two different persons. But marrying twice would be a problem when you try and register the marriage for the second time.
