    When I was in Ubon, I did not come across anyone selling rat meat. Perhaps it is sold out of town?

    If it's anything like my experiences in Buriram you don't see it on sale like in these articles, rather you get them yourself or you know someone who can get it for you.

    The rats we ate were straight from the fields, hunted at night. The village is quite a long way out of town but I'm sure rat is available in the local markets. I've seen rat for sale in markets in Samutprakan but I wouldn't trust the source of those.

    A good way of getting back all the rice rats eat!
