Huaks are very good for health. They strengthen your (dunno what it is in english lol) Make good appertiser. Help ya get rid of gas in your stomach.

Anybody who has д (again what's it in English? lol) shouldn't eat them. Old people should avoid eating them too cuz they could cause joint pains. I doubt if that's true. My great grandma was really strong. She always chased me with a whip LOL

This is (U-pla). I tried and it was really yummy. Easy to make too. Here it goes:
    1. leave fishes, pounded garlic, green onions, and chillies boiled in a lil water for a few mins.
    2. throw ѡ, , о(i think), sliced , sliced and some salt LOL in the boiled water with fish. then leave it for a few mins.
    3. eat it.

P.S. do not take the inside of the fishes out. They give better taste

I have tried the frogs before but not with egg inside: yummy.

My mother-in-law chops up pork and puts it inside. she chops in lemon grass, galanga, chili, garlic, white powder pepper, lime leaf into the pork.

The frog-legs still weird me out a little bit but the meat is delicious.

    Thanks for the pictures.
