I have a German textbook which is stating, concerning คำควบ in general (not คำควบแท้) that vowels are written "in relation to the initial consonant of the second syllable."

Its one thing to write english words in Thai. but its completely another to write thai words in english due to the fact that its tonal. I had no problems understanding any of the sentences that you gave me , and would have no problem with any other, as long as it was phonetically correct. But i have a very hard time with books or websites that have only transliterated thai by itself. I feel for those poor gamers that you speak of.
