    When I look it op in two separet words it makes no sense

    股 means steep, rosin, etc. and 慲 a kind of light.
    However, I cannot see any meaning when they come together.
    Personally, I think it might be something wrong with word breaking, so please show us the whole sentence or context.

    I have just learned that 股嫗囮 is the last name/family name/surname of one of Thai ministers, Sutha Chansaeng, who currently is the Minister of Social Development and Human Security.
