    Suggestions for a quiet place?

Hi everyone, anyone has any suggestions on a quiet "after-dinner" place to bring a date to in Bangkok, like a park or somewhere to just sit down and talk with not many people around? Best if its around Bangkok Noi because that's where she stays.

well, you'd want to make sure it's not too quiet, as some areas can get a little sketchy in the after dinner hours....
If you're into a little intrigue, you can pretend that you live at the giant condo building across from Pata Pinklao, which has a lovely full-floor outdoor terrasse on the 7th floor.
If not, you could just take a tuk tuk to that little park across the bridge on Pra-Athit avenue, which is quiet, safe and quite nice. Also close to parts of Bangkok Noi are a couple of riverside restos and bars, where you could have a nice drink, but that doesn't really sound like what you're looking for...

I'm not sure I want to hang out anywhere in Thailand which is lone and quiet unless I'm 7' tall and weights 150kg of muscle.

I get what u mean but all im looking for is a place where i can speak in private without shouting over the noise or having someone just beside me when i speaking. If u don't already know Thai gals aren't too keen on PDA, well the more traditional ones at least, so im just trying to respect my gal.

Then again, any "traditional" ones will avoid going to lone and quiet places with some guys she barely knew eh?

Nice italian restaurant normally has quiet romantic settings.
