I am not a cook at all because my wife does all the cooking for me and I call her 'a cooker' which she takes with a smile.

There is someone who goes by the name of Thaifoodmaster on youtube. He is caucasian i think but i think his cooking is bringing Thai food on a higher level. Absolutely authentic.
