How is Gor doing

It's been a while since I have been on here, and it's been a while since I have read about any news from Gor?
richard - Have you talked to him recently?
Anyone else?
How is he doing? he must be excited, yet nervous, about getting out and going home.
I noted when I visted the www.Thaiprisonlife.com website that he has less that 1 year left to go in his sentence.
Me and my wife think of him and Nong Grace often. I keep checking Nong graces site for updated pictures - What a little darling she is -
Unless I've missed it completely, I don't see any recent posts or information on this and the thaiprisonlife.com website about how Gor is fairing.

Gor is doing as well as can be expected. Thanks for asking. He is obviously happy that he is now on the home stretch with just under a year to go. Last month there was a contact visit at the prison and relatives were allowed to go inside the prison. Grace went along together with her grandparents. It was the first time Gor was able to touch and hold his daughter for more than two years.

We have been posting news about Gor in the regulars forum here. The reason it is in the private area is because some news items are sensitive. We have also posted pictures there. His daily life is much the same which is why we haven't done another blog. But, we will work on something this month to mark the two year boundary. I will also update Grace's website this week. Maybe later today if I get time. It is holiday time soon and she is already planning her day trips to zoos and parks that she will do with me.

It must have been confusing for her.
Lets all hope that now his appeal is out of the way there will be some good news soon as to the length of his remaining sentence.

She is five and I don't really think she fully understand what's going on. It is easy to distract her and change the subject. Like any kids that age she has a short memory. She will still be at kindergarten when he gets out.

Thank you for the update Richard. I totally understand the privacy thing and suspected as much. Next time you are talking with him, remind him that we are thinking of him (even all the way on the other side of the world) and hope that time flies for him so he can get out and be with those that love him again.

It is good to hear that he got to see his daughter. I can just imagine how difficult it has been for him to be away from his family especially his little girl.
