ผม = I (male)
เป็นไส้เลื่อนสะดือ = have an umbilical hernia (เป็น when used to describe illness, means to have a condition) umbilical = สะดือ, hernia = ไส้เลื่อน ( the movement of the intestine to where it is not supposed to be)
ครับ = polite particle for male speaker
