Hi all,
It seems that many chatters in the thaichatbox.com are shy. Many went in for merely a few minutes and then go off. Do stay around to give your support and chat!
Don't be shy!!!!!

We had the first scheduled chat this afternoon (Friday, 12.30-3 p.m.). About 10 of our students attended along with 15 other people. It was a bit chaotic to say the least as people were jumping between two different languages (three if you count the German lessons Tok was giving to one of our students!).
Although there are at present four different rooms available, most people stayed in the lobby. To make it less chaotic next week, we will ask our students to go straight to the Thai Room. This way, new visitors won't be so overwhelmed in the lobby!
The next scheduled chat is "Nattawud and Friends" this Sunday evening (Thai Time) between 8 p.m.-10p.m. in the Thai Room.Help support the forums by making a donation today. Thank you.

I love the chatroom
Just want to point out something really minor though...On the homepage of the Thai Chatroom where you can choose the forums you want to go to from a drop down box, the word choose forums has forums spelt wrongly...just a minor error though...thought you might like to know.

Thanks very much. The mistake has now been corrected. We really do appreciate this kind of feedback from our visitors. After all, we are doing these web sites for you and so it is important to us that you are happy with every detail.
BTW, the jukebox has now been changed to songs from the UHT album "2U".

The chat room is now only for registered users only. This makes it easier for moderators to kick and ban chatters.

Could you change it so on the chatroom the jukebox link in the bottom right just launches a fairly small window, rather than one that takes over your entire screen ? It would be more user friendly like that I think.

I have been using the Chatroom for a week now. I really love it. Thank you for the work that you put in to it. Also, I would like to encourage new visitors to go ahead and chat. So don't be so shy. I would also like to ask a favor of the chatters. Please say good-bye before you exit. That way, everyone knows that you are gone, instead of continuing to type messages to you. Thanks.
