I haven't had much luck with dating websites, and the couple of girls I have met from them have been a bit crazy.

I've had far more success forming long lasting relationships through just talking with people around here or meeting friends of friends. I would indeed stay out of the bars and practice "jeeb sao" with girls you encounter around your local area.

Go there on holiday and see what its like for yourself. Try not to fall head over heels with the first girl you meet just because she is Thai.

As in any country, they are not all nice ladies.
