Sawadee khrap. Khortoot khrap. I am interested in learning about Thai practice of Buddhism. I am especially interested in the blend of spiritualism and Buddhism. What are the practices regarding spirit houses, incense, food and drink offerings, etc. Western people know very little about these things and often behave poorly out of ignorance. It would be good to understand and show respect to these practices.

I'm interested in what Thai think of Buddhism. Do you guys think of it as old and established, something you want to rebel from? Or something to be respected?

Thai is Buddhist, but have gods like Phra In, Phra Prom, and Phra Isuan. They are Indra, Brahma, and Shiva.
