Use motorways for free during Songkran Holidays


Motorists can get free access to motorways via four main gates during the Songkran Festival, starting from Friday afternoon.

These gates are Lat Krabang, Thap Chang, Phan Thong and Thanaburi.

The above entrance gates will suspend toll collection until the noon of April 16.

Highways Department's director general Supoj Saplom expects the number of vehicles on motorways to be well over 290,000 each day during the Songkran holidays.
