Bus Number 554 - Suvarnabhumi Airport - Don Muang Airport (Expressway)
Bus No.554 connects Suvarnabhumi Airport to Don Muang Airport via New Bangkok-Chonburi expressway, turning right to the eastern ring road, taking a left turn to Ramintra Road, Changwattana Road, turning right to Vibhavadi Rangsit Road until reaching Don Muang Airport

    (google: about 30 seconds)

you need to take a shuttle bus from the airport exit to the bus station (about 5 mins, free).

getting a taxi used to cost about 250bht but of late you could probably double that on the amount of traffic as the airports are opposite sides of town about 45mins apart! with no traffic, unless you've done the public transport and your 100% sure or you've plenty of time to spare i would pay extra and do the taxi, i had time and went from mochit(5mins from donmung) to suvanibum only cost about 47 bht but took 2 buses, 38 then the 555 took over a hour around 3pm and that was to the airport bus station another 20mins waiting for free bus to terminal! really you should never need to go from one airport to the other as if you book air asia its all from the new airport but any other its from dongmung, but your wasting your money and time doing it the hard way just book to the new airport and go air asia to your other internal or international destination, hope it helps

There is a mini bus service that takes workers from one airport to the other, find the pick up area, it will cost 45 Baht (one way) , a taxi has cost me 400 Baht ( due to congested roads), use the bus if you have time.

Can you be more specific than "find the pickup area" at one of the biggest airports in the world? You can't tease us with such a nugget of information and be so vague :-P

I'm sorry for my mistake, if you have never been to Suvarnabhumi Airport then it's daunting but one of the best Airports in the world, after you leave the Customs area and you are in the main arrivals area you should see large signs everywhere TAXI, BUS, signs with arrows pointing to the direction, otherwise when you get outside to the street level GO LEFT, or TURN LEFT you should see the BUS KIOSK, you can't miss it, a small hut with very pretty girls there to give you advice, avoid the touts, ignore them and try to find the bus, good luck and travel light.
