    "card has been seized"

card : like credit card, identity card, pas, ticket etc etc

wouldn't know how this would relate to the condo ?

or if not seized, then extended ?

If that card related to the condo, it should be a security card.
With my broken English I have no idea what that card should be called
I mean a magnetic card that you use to open your condo door.

But "ѵö١ִ" often used when the card was seized by Automate Teller Machine.
