Christopher Wright
Here is a link to a channel 5 programme where Christopher Wright discusses his methods for teaching English to Thai people.
I find his methods for teaching English can also be used by people who are at an intermediate level of learning Thai to great reward.http://www.siamlearn.com/learn-engli...-movie.php?u=1

I am a fan of this talk show but had never watched this video clip before. Perhaps while it was broadcast I might be busy. I laughed a lot 'till my tear dropped when I was watching
BTW it is the true about Thai people like me who learned English for more and more years, but still use it like a beginner

Thanks for sharing this link; it's very funny and the advice for Thais learning English is very good and can also be used for people learning Thai. I was §§§§ about ´Ñ´¨ÃÔµ even after he explained the word, because I didn't know it.

Re: Christopher Wright
If you really wanna see his method for teaching English to Thai people in action, go to his school in Central World and ask to sit in on an English class.
He employs both Thai nationals who are fluent in English and native English speakers who are fluent in Thai as teachers of the classes.
The class I saw was hands down one of the most enjoyable and productive classes I’ve ever sat thru! It was interesting, informative and interactive too. I’m sure every student got something out it.
His “Chris Delivery” show which is on every Friday nite is also a good way for foreigners to learn Thai, even though it's really for Thais to learn English.
There are some videos on You Tube from a stand up comedy show he did called “Chris Unseen” (or something like that). They are really funny to watch as well. Be warned; he does use profanity and impolite slang!
