I'm not sure, especially without context. In the song below, it seems to be the name of a woman, but maybe there is more to it than that.

ÍéÍÅéÍ seems to be a southern Thai dialect. The meaning can vary from province to province. The general meaning seems to be 'snobby', 'pretentious';

If someone has called you ÍéÍÅéÍ, do not immediately take offence: first look at the context in which it is being said. Though the phrase can be used to offend, more often than not, it is used as a cheeky expression. I have also heard mothers call their young daughters ÍéÍÅéÍ when they are being bold or a little naughty. Use the word with caution though: should only be used among friends, and I certainly wouldn't recommend calling other people's kids ÍéÍÅéÍ!
