Thais just make up a lot of nicknames: Meemee, Tiptop, Lala etc... They can be totally original in the mind of the founder. In contrary to common nicknames such as: Nok, Nit, Moo, Gai etc...

Jub Jub (as in kiss, kiss) i heard before. But commonly just Jub.

Juk Juk (or simply Juk) i never heard.
But name could possibly derive from the way a girl can tie her hair in a bun like old-fashioned way on top of her head (ء). Repeating the name twice in one name is also very female.

My sister in law has the nickname "Jook" which I supose you could write as Juk.

But if "Juk" pronounce as "jug" (as a liquid container), it's likely to be a boy name.

Its pronounced similar to the work yuck. So I spose it could be written like juck juck.
