Royal Flora Ratchaphruek lasted 3 months (started on Nov 1st 2006) and I think it was the last time that tourism was doing really well. millions of Thais visited. it wasn't really a horticultural exposition as advertised but a fun park with a floral theme, very different from what I had expected but still a very nice formative Chiang Mai experience.
