Forum Upgrade Finished - Please Report Any Problems

I just looked through that thread from the begining and it seems that some (Guava, Mozzbie, HomeJames, Nuika) pictures are displaying as before but others (Betti, Norb, Sved, Susanna) have been converted to a link to the jpg. I can't see what the difference is?

I think we upload photos differently that's why they are displayed (or not) differently.
I would feel gutted if none of the photos in my photo threads appeared again without clicking around - nobody is going to click. they were uploaded that way so that they were in the body of the post, not at the end, by clicking on the paperclip, not the photo icon, when making the post.

btw for some reason I can only use "quick reply". reply to thread doesn't open, it is working and working for about two seconds and then bounces me back to the end of the thread.

1. I miss the line at the bottom showing who is online in TCB. I found that very useful before deciding whether i want to participate.
2. The font is too small, hard to read

I will try and get the "who's chatting" thing back and also increase the size of the font. Still trying to eliminate the old templates and plugins as one of them is causing a problem. At the moment all plugins, including ones for the new version of the forum are turned off as I don't know which one causes the forum to crash. It is taking longer than expected but slowly working my way through them.

Another thing it would be nice to have back eventually is the "Thanks" button.
