Sakon Nakon
OK, GF finally talked me into going to village in Sakon Nakon. Her mom has givin our son 20 rai land to build a house. Need all info i can get, hotel to stay in for 2 weeks, any costs for house construcition, any good builders I might hire, any paperwork required, etc., etc. Thankx in advance

I live part of the year in the province of Sakon Nakhon...where in the province are you, before i can recommend any hotels. 20 rai is a large plot for a house by the way, that would be approx. 8 acres. I haven't looked at this site for a while so apologies in advance if this is an old post.

MJ hotel is very central and has a free breakfast.
You can rent a house long or short term no need to buy.Then if things don;t work out you still have money.
