    แค่นี้นะ : Kae Nee Na

It's indeed used to end a telephone conversation, and means something like "goodbye", or "that's all"

5555, no that wasn't what I was thinking. Just enjoying learning Thai and not a phrase I have seen anywhere or heard in general conversation. It is a phrase I have heard several people say on the phone, that's all.
