Re: What Is The One Thing You Wish To Do In Thailand But Never Get a Chance To?
Franklin D. Roosevelt - The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.

most guesthouses in small towns are actually homestays and feel like staying with a family.
YY it will happen sooner or later! you are not the kind of person to easily give up.

Re: What Is The One Thing You Wish To Do In Thailand But Never Get a Chance To?
YY you have made me a little jealous. I used to stay in a friends home in Mae Ai. In fact I was there the day of the sunami and felt the quake. I watched the new temple being built.
I remember so many things. Thank you

Re: What Is The One Thing You Wish To Do In Thailand But Never Get a Chance To?
Mike, what makes you a bit jealous? I have not been able to do any of the two things I have wanted to do in Thailand!

Glad you are ok from the tsunami; I know I will be a freaked out, to say the least. Which temple did you watch being built? Wat Thaton?
How about yourself; any dream about what else you want to do with Thailand but never get a chance yet?
Sleep, little one, close your eyes, mother will sing you a lullaby... Sleep in a jewel cradle, sleep, mother will rock you.
If you don't sleep the midges will go for your eyes and pollen will fall on the cradle....Sleep, close your eyes...
