I was helped by the site's writing lessons. However, as for now, I cannot write the vowels well. Who can help? Please help me and others. Thanks.

I posted this in the "Online Thai language resources" thread at the top of this forum, but will post it here for you too.

I found a website which was very helpful both in learning the Thai consonants and in learning the Thai vowels (in fact I taught myself to read & write Thai off that site).

It's called Teach Thai and once you make a user name and password you can use it for free. I found it of good value (especially so as it's free, lol).
Here’s the link Teach Thai Dot Com

Be warned; some browsers don't display it really well, although I've not had a problem with IE displaying it.

I think foreigners have a problem writing Thai because vowels can be in-front of, above, below, or behind a consonant (and some vowels have parts which go in-front of, above & behind a consonant, which can make it tough). If you don't know exactly how to spell a word it can be hard knowing which character to start with.

    Good Luck, Hope it helps

Actually, I was doing some tentative way to learn how to write the vowels, but I need to know those like the long sara a, then also sara am, sara ai mai muan, and sara ai mai malai.

I hope this site will help me well just like this forum.

But wait, in writing vowels, can I also use the instruction at the Learning Thai site consonant writing lessons that says that the loop is the starting point?
