เพื่อชีวิด -- For life (but also a play on Carabao's style of music)

Since I am handicapped this sign caught my attention and I tried to translate it myself:
ขึ้น ลง กรุณาเรียกพนักงานช่วยเหลือ

It says "steep ramp, rely when going down, please, on calling employee for asistance"
ขึ้น I suspect here does not mean going up but rely on - no longer funny - too bad

In the text here:
ขึ้น means ascend
ลง means descend
