Yeah, it sounds sweeter saying คะ (Should be คะ cuz ค่ะ = yes) and จ๊ะ with girls. Especially, in flirtation. LOL

Actually, those who are still very new to the language will say that "Oh, that's for girls" since the song used คะ which is a polite particle for girls. But it is really okay to be used by males, as what you have said, in terms of flirtation etc.

Actually, only gay girlish and lady-boys say ค่ะ,คะ,จ๊ะ to other boys.
Conversely, any boys who say ค่ะ, คะ, จ๊ะ to other boys will be assumed they're lady-boys. You know... I mean boys who need to be girls.

Yep, to look down upon someone in the case of a boy talks to another boy. Such yelling to another boy "ไปไหนหรอจ๊ะน้องสาว". Kinda contempt.
Or in some situations, kidding his friends(Guys).
