Cat5 vs Cat6 ethernet cable

I'm not an IT am ignorance,but I use the mobile to connect the internet and watching the You Tube,it's not critical if talking about the speed when i download the vedeos,it's different when i used the desk top in the office that am away from it for long time the speed were slow,I am curious when i go to the Bkk post site after i changed to desk top sizd it was respond" there're too many server direct" via the android phone,due to the signal now is covering every part of the country so i can connect with internet everywhere they charged 5 bucks/months.i think if i use lap top with Wi Fi internet maybe cost a little bit expensive.I want to get one
