Need to know where this building's exact location

Please do not get suspicious, i do not wont to go live with explicit details, you have to understand my position, i've never been to Thailand, I've got this picture from someones facebook who is very close to my kids, and em still not sure that this is the particular apartment where my kids are kept but they've been there, but when u dont have nothing, you have to start from somewhere.
i'm just a loving and an unlucky father whos kids are growing and learning every day, but em not with them to hold them. I've to try everything and look for them even if somebody helps me or not....its painful that my kids are going to start speaking in few months time and even if i find them i will not be able to tell them how much I've done to find them. I do not know the language. I've just started to learn the language and if someone can recommend me somebody who is good at teaching Thai, would be appreciated. All of you can not even imagine how pain full it is. I did not wanted to get emotional but you have pushed me to...u dont know how it feels like.

Were the children born in the UK? If so I think you should immediately report the situation to UK police- they may be able to offer some advice. Have you taken the case to your MP? Sought any legal advice in UK-if only CAB? Again good sources of advice and maybe help.

No one knows exactly what you are going through, but I think most everyone knows grief, heartache and sorrow that we would not wish on anyone.

Through your grief I'm sure you can still understand that no one wants to see anyone hurt, especially the innocent children.

Did you already reported the Facts to the Police in the UK, the Thai Embassy in the UK, the UK Embassy in Bangkok, the Thai Police in Bangkok etc.?

I've reported anyone apart from the UK police

I think you also should report it to the UK Police.

Also I doubt that you really reported to all the other above mentioned Institutions.

If so would did they say?

They should keep you updated with Investigation Details.

Have you told them the Facebook Account were you get the Picture from and also have you told them the Address Details you posted here?

They should be able to find the Facebook-User and also were the Picture was taken very soon.

Where your Kids kidnapped by your Thai Wife/the Mother of the Kids and are kept by her?

You should know her Name, her Home Address etc. as they are in your Marriage Papers etc.

I can only speak for me (as I am a Police Investigation Officer myself) - the Thai Police should at least be able to find her, the Appartment, the Facebook-User etc.

But then I am not sure about Thai Laws if you have any right to get your Kids back, probably a long way at Court.

So I suggest that you take a Lawyer and that you report all facts you have to all above mentioned Institutions.

Otherwise I must go with David that something smells very rotten here.

I'm trying to find out the location where it's at via (maplandia.com) google world,the sattelite map of Bangkok(Krung Thep Mahanakorn) but I was not sure about this building,cos my devise is ran out the battery,I forgot to bring the charger,until I'll back in town I will search about it. David he had suspicious on your comments,me too,that's why I hesitated to reply at the early morning you posted this msg untill "djdee" respond to you 1st.I apology if I hint any negative thought upon you,I know every person have heart and soul,Its painfull if we lost someone or something that we love much.
I found one other map shown,there's a college or university name" Samsen nai", Is Payathai district is also next to the"Din Deng" ???
I was clear when Ravip gave the picture of" Baiyoke tower",I think it isn't that building in your picture.Near that areas the Baiyoke lots of difference nationality from over the world came to this area,it's the commercial district in Bangkok.I've been stayed over there accompanied with my friend to interviewed to US in 2006.

I do not want to go to any of the institutions mentioned by Djaidee cause I believe they will probably make the matters worst. Going to court I believe would be a long and expensive route because of the international nature of it. I can not go against someone I love but I have to find them and try to sort things out.
I'm still hopeful that is why I'm here, I know its not an easy road I've chosen and different people will say different things. Everyone's circumstances are different so as mine.

I know in detail these options mentioned by you but If I wanted I would have gone to those institutions 4 months ago but I've been patient and I'll be patient, no matter what and I WILL FIND MY KIDS.

But then what?

Even if you find the Location of the Apartment from were this Picture was taken, how can you know for sure that your kids ever stayed there or stay now, they could have moved to another Apartment already.

And now imagine you surely find them, what then, will you travel to Thailand, will you kidnapp them yourself (not doing better what the mother did) and risk to get arrested and stay in Thai Prison?

If you find them how will you sort things out if they haven't been sorted out by now?

Are you still in contact with the one who kidnapped them (probably the Mother)?

If you find her will you walk in the Door and speak with her, seriously thinking it will change something if it had come so far already?

Come on, be realistic, the only thing you can do is take a Lawyer, report all facts to the mentioned Institutions, and if you think they work to slow or don't put enough effort in searching for them hire a Private Investigator to find the Place they are kept and tell this Place all mentioned Institutions.

Anyway, how have you Access to the Facebook Account the Picture is from?

Yes you are right about the factual things, I've gone through all these thoughts as you could imagine, I've banged my head literally against the wall but the wall was still there and I had a bruise on my head. By doing all these things that you have told me will put my kids in misery, and I don't want that but my utmost concern is for them, I do not want them to grow up in pieces, I want them to grow up with both their parents and I'll go any length for this. and I think I've to do it without anyone's help. I know I'm talking impossible but I'm hopeful and I believe my kids will be with me.

I know I am being very blunt, but here goes:

As a mother I know that women do not leave with two very young children, not tell her husband she is going (since you said they were kidnapped I assume she did not tell you), take them to another country unless she 1. has reason 2. does not want to be found.

If you think there is chance she will change her mind, maybe you should just give her some space. If you know a neutral party, you could perhaps confide that you want to work it out, and ask that person to relay it to your wife. Then wait.
