Favourite song ...

I heard this song a few days ago and it reminded me of how much I like it in a 'so many songs, so little time' sort of way. I always thought of it as a southern rock song because of it's beat, references to Elvis, and phrases like 'sun is settin like molasses in the sky, but it was actually written by Canadians David Tyson & Christopher Ward. It was recorded by Canadian singer Alannah Myles in 1988.

Currently watching a brilliant Danish/Swedish tv series on BBC4 called "The Bridge"...this is the theme to it. Never heard this before or even heard of the Band "Choir of Young Believers" but a great song....
