Re: Favourite song ...
Love the old songs!
I've liked the Everly Brothers ever since I was an itty bitty girl and heard 'Dream'. I didn't know until just a few minutes ago, however, that they did a cover of 'Air That I Breathe' which was written by Englishman Albert Hammond. As you know it was made famous by The Hollies, who sang my favorite version. I rather like this one, too, so I wanted to share with you. By the way, this is a 'top tracks', so you can continue to listed to them as long as you wish.

Python Lee Jackson ............
Every day I spend my time
Drinkin' wine, feelin' fine
Waitin' here to find the sign
That I can understand
Yes I am.........................
If you don't know the song, you sure will know the vocalist!

Re: Favourite song ...
Ok the last one for now......
One of the greatest songs ever written ... From Cat Stevens before he became Yusuf Islam..................
Look at me--I am old
But I'm happy
I was once like you are now
And I know that it's not easy
To be calm when you've found
Something going on
Take your time--think a lot
Think of everthing you've got
For you will still be here tomorrow
But your dreams may not...

Re: Favourite song ...
P.J. Harvey's latest album "Let England Shake" has a magical short film by Seamas Murphy for every track. They are nothing like mere music videos.
Here are a couple:
