    Well in the UK Susana ... It would be classed as a cake ... They are rather nice these ones ... Although you need about 4 to make it worthwhile ... Nice with any drink ...

    Funny thing, there is also a version of an "egg" tart here in Singapore without the egg. It is supposed to taste and look similar to conventional egg tarts, especially for those who do not want to eat eggs or cannot eat eggs due to allergy. However, my opinion of it is that the taste of the eggless ones are quite distinct from the 'real' egg tarts. My take is that some dishes are simply hard or impossible to replicate into vegetarian versions.
