It looks like some sort of commemorative plaque.

Here's what I make of it:

ÃèÇÁ·ÓºØÊÃéÒ§¡Ø¯Ôʧ¦ì õ ªÑé¹ Collective merit-making built this 5 story Priest house
    ÇÑ´ÍÔ¹·ÃÇÔËÒÃ ¡·Á.  Wat Indharaviharn, Bangkok
¾Ãм§ÊÁà´ç¨Çѧ˹éÒ Pra Pong Somdet Wang Naa (maybe the name of the Abbot?)
    ñô Á.¤. òõñõ    14 January 2515

Looks like it's from this temple:

¼§ (pong) is the word for powder, and it seems ¾Ãм§ (phra pong) means powder amulet, which I guess is made from powdered stone or shells or other things formed into an amulet rather than from dirt or clay. Here are some examples. That lettering looks similar to some shown on the cases or displays for the amulets.
