What's your food passion?

I was obsessed with soy sauce almonds. Someday I chopped them and sprinkled them over my stir fry and someday I snaked on them. They no longer hold the same power over me. I would like to know what’s your current food obsession?

or Fish Chips and Mushy Peas.

Both with Bread and Butter.

Or a nice Pizza topped with Ham, Pineapple, salami, chilli flakes sprinkled over the top and same Cayenne Pepper and a Bottle of Cotes du Rhone



Thai...

Chicken Massaman - without a doubt, with lots of Coconut milk in it


Or Indian...Chicken Tikka Masala, with a giant nan bread.

I love massaman and also green curry. I vary mine a bit to better suit my heart healthy diet. I made massaman last week, using less coconut milk and experimented with sweet potatoes. I also added mushrooms in big chunky pieces, veggies (I cheated and used a pack of frozen asian mix veggies), and sweet onions.

Not the traditional recipe, but to me it was yummy!
