Oeshidez,
The first time I visited Pattaya in the early 1970's, it was a very popular place for Thai families to go. We would walk on the beach, have good seafood, and enjoy a relaxing time. Good memories.

Thats is what I was seeing. I think Vision is right and it should be tackled aggressively but Jerome is also right. Until police and official corruption is addressed it will continue to grow. Whether you agree with it or not worldwide prostitution really is the oldest proffession. However no one should be enslaved.
