Seems like maybe the MPs are networked into the system, to facilitate "visuals" for their rhetoric.
Funny thing, the offending MP said it was sent to his iPhone, which he then quickly deleted. Yet, there is another photo taken of him, sitting in parliament, surf girlie pics!

I'm in Thailand , i have saw this pic in TV. So it not a Hacker did this , I guess a stupid technician or Parliament officer who use USB or portable make a mistake , do you think so ?
Or if it a hacker did this , can anyone guess why they try to do ?
may be possible also.
