I couldn't make out all the Words you wrote as it is a very strange Romanization. I tried as many similar sounding Words that come to my mind and searched Google with the Thai Script but couldn't find any Song with such Lyrics.

Did you hear that Song yourself and tried to remember the Lyrics?

Why do you think it's a female Singer, O.K. some boys Voices might sound like a girl
