May i know the title n Singer?
The singers who are singing on the stage in the video?
I only know New Jiew.

Artist Names: นิว & จิ๋ว = New & Jiew
Song Title: รักแท้แด่ดาวทุกดวง = Rák Táe Dàe Daao Túk Duang
I think the other 2 Singers who perform in this Song are กอล์ฟ & แพท - Golf & Pat, Pat is Leading Singer of the famous Group "Klear".
But I am not so sure about the last 2 mentioned Singers, but according to this Link at has to be the 2:
