jobs for singaporean in financial services?
i'm in singapore been with Prudential assurance for 12 years, would like to explore a job in sales/marketing/financial services in Bkk.
it's for personal reasons as well, of course. but i think i would feel more at home working in Bkk.

Since ""Finance" is probably the #1 degree coming out of Thai institutions, I doubt there is any shortage of qualified Thai nationals looking for employment in the field. Thais will also work for wages, and under conditions, that few from the real world would tolerate.

Re: jobs for singaporean in financial services?
I don't think it's impossible. But you need something that can't easily be found in Thai employees so you need to think about what you offer a Thai institution. Most Thai graduates in 'finance' will really only have degrees in accountancy.
Your Singaporean background could help with the AEC just around the corner. Try to find out how Thai companies are preparing and present yourself accordingly. You might get some pointers here but you're in the field. Do your homework on the Thai situation and put out some feelers.
