    Reading Thai Number plates!

When im in Thailand a new hobby of mine is reading car number plates!!!!! the big letters just help learning differnt script, and the small letters underneath telling you where the car, bike or truck is from can be mind blowing,

Some are extreemly hard as 76 or so differnt provences, when in phuket most are from there or Krabie, but when in Pattaya, lots are chonburi, bangkok and from all over thailand,
the big letters are good practice for a beginner to get your eyes keen on reading thai script. enjoy.

The sound works if using Internet Explorer as a browser, allow the Windows Media Player plugin to install if asked, and let the browser run the ActiveX. I can't get the sound files to play using Chrome browser though.

Did you already look at the settings page?

    http://www.thai-language.com/control

You can fiddle around a bit with the Audio settings there to see if you can get it to work.

    Re: Reading Thai Number plates!

Hi guys, mine does work on Chrome but has a 10 seconds delay????? i did not realize you needed to sign up, ill wait for the confirmation email, and go from there, on my home PC i had the same thing Internet Explorer it worked fine and instant, and no sound on other browsers.

I just started using Chrome,i normally use firefox as its so user friendly but recently had to replace my stolen netbook, now internet lifes being a bit of a pain getting all my old settings back to work how i like them, been using for the last 3.5 months internet download manager, fantastic bit of software,

but only seems to work for me on Chrome at the moment when using BBC Iplayer, im trying to keep up together on the Daily Olympics highlight show.
Most of the problems are probably down to the Anti virus software they put on the pc, this one has Avast? the last one had something totally different but its a nightmare to change the settings on this type of software as its so deep routed in what it always you to run on your computer.
Anyway interesting looking thai learning site ill look more, cheers ian
