Family Book Festival at Queen Sirikit Convention Center
The Family Book Festival is currently at the Queen Sirikit Convention Center until Sunday (the 15th).
This is the link to the info;
Family Book Festival
This is the website of the people putting it on;
Thailand Book Fair
I'm headin' out there today to see if there're any good books to further my learning Thai endeavor.
Anyway, just wanted you all to know about it. . .
I put it here because this is the busiest forum about the Thai Language.

Re: Family Book Festival at Queen Sirikit Convention Center
Wish I could go there once, but it seems that it is always when I am not in Thailand.
I am also very intersted in many Books which seem Out-of-Print already, and that could be a good place to get hold of some rarely Issues.
Tod do you happen to know other places where you can get Out-of-Print Books?My interesting blog about Thailand at Thailand Blog ---> click here

Re: Family Book Festival at Queen Sirikit Convention Center
Hi "djaidee",
. This post on thai-language dot com and the answer by "David and Bui" has some information on a place which sells "rare & out of print" Thai books. I don't know if it's what you're lookin' for or not. Just thought I'd offer it out.
I usually check Chula Books' main branch by the uni first, as they have some "odd-ball" stuff.
Sadly their computerized "on hand" system is terrible, I know this by having someone look up the ISBN of a book and seeing that it said there were -5 in stock and that it showed one was sold the day before. This lead me to believe that the answer, "No hab mister finit already" parroted by the cluck
err clerk, was not an accurate representation of what they really had in stock.
You basically hafta go look thru the section a book at a time to really see if they have it in stock or not.
Se-Ed Books isn't bad either, and their "on-hands" is usually a little more accurate.
Good Luck. . .
