Her Majesty the Queen is able to walk longer distances and her appetite has improved, the Royal Household Bureau said yesterday.
The Queen's blood tests have shown satisfactory results and there are no complications with her condition.
However, royal physicians have advised Her Majesty to refrain from carrying out royal activities for a while.
The Queen was diagnosed with a slight shortage of blood to the brain after she felt dizzy and stumbled at Siriraj Hospital on July 21.
